Intercom Surveys (CSAT) and Telegram

Intercom can send CSAT surveys in a few ways. You can ask for a conversation rating when a conversation is closed, or add a CSAT step to an Intercom Workflow.

Interchat can technically forward the CSAT survey prompt from Intercom to Telegram. However, we currently have no way to pass the customer’s Telegram response back to Intercom as a conversation rating via the Intercom API.

This means ratings collected only in Telegram will not appear in Intercom’s surveyed CSAT reporting⁠.
