Thank you for choosing interchat.io, a product developed and operated by FEDYK sp. z o. o. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at St. Marsz. Jozefa Pilsudskiego 74/320, 50-020 Wroclaw, Poland.

By using this product, you accept Our Privacy Policy, Intercom Privacy Policy, and Telegram Privacy Policy and agree not to:

• Use our service to send spam or scam users.
• Promote violence on publicly viewable pages.
• Post illegal pornographic content on publicly viewable pages.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service later.

Citizens of EU countries and the United Kingdom must be at least 16 years old to use the integration.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund Window: A refund request must be submitted within the most recent subscription cycle.
• Payment Cancellation: Refunds are available for payments canceled during the most recent subscription cycle.
• Inactive Usage: Refunds only apply if the service was not actively used during this period.

Note: For the purpose of this policy, “active usage” is defined as having at least one connected Telegram account and receiving at least one chat interaction per day via Telegram or Intercom. Active usage will be determined based on system logs.

Refund Process

• How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@interchat.io with your account details, invoice number, and reason for requesting the refund.
• Review Period: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 5-10 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

• The service was actively used during the subscription period.
• Refund requests are made outside the most recent subscription cycle.
• The payment was part of a promotional or discounted plan.

Modifications to the Terms

interchat.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and we will notify active customers of significant updates.
